Dino Demonti
Dino DeMonti, General Manager at Platinum Construction, brings 25 years of construction experience, starting on a 25-home custom subdivision during his time at URI. He went on to found Decks Forever LLC, a custom deck-building company, before partnering with Pete Paradiso to launch Platinum Construction. Dino now oversees materials, vendors, and business operations.
Pete Paradiso
Pete Paradiso, Job Site Manager and Finish Carpenter at Platinum Construction, started in the family heating business in 1995 before building a career in framing, roofing, and finish carpentry — including years framing new subdivision homes and finishing 4,000+ sq ft custom builds. He now manages job sites, quality control, and problem-solving for Platinum’s projects.
