Initial
Consultation Call
Your experience with Platinum Construction will begin with a phone call with Pete or Dino. During this initial call, we will gather some basic information about you and your vision. We’ll share some initial ideas of ways to reach it as part of our new home construction, home additions, and garage & outbuilding services.
Project Budget
& Scope
Depending on the scope of the project, we might ask about your project budget. The reason for this is that for any quality construction job, the budget is the only limitation for what we can accomplish. Your budget will guide us in how to best make your dream space a reality through a well-planned home building process.
In-Home
Consultation
During the initial call, we will decide together if we are a good fit. If so, we will set up an initial in-home consultation. We will ask that all decision makers be involved in the consultation. At this time, we will take several measurements, draw sketches, and begin to picture your perfect space as part of the house construction journey.
Project
Options & Bid
After the consultation, we will provide you with several options for the construction, layout, styles, and products to fit your vision and budget. We will also calculate and provide you with the cost of the materials and labor for the entire project. Then, we’ll ask you if you would like to move forward with the project. If so, we will provide you with a start date and prepare a final contract for signature and approval, ensuring a seamless residential construction process.
Execution &
Oversight
When the project begins, you will be our primary focus under our platinum promise. We fully screen any necessary subcontractors for their licenses and insurances. Pete will be on site to supervise them and their work. At the end of each day, the jobsite will be left as clean and uninterrupted as possible. Depending on the nature of the remodel, we will try to leave your spaces as functional as possible. You will always be able to contact Pete and Dino during the entire construction project.
Project Completion
& Follow-Up
When the job is complete, we will inspect the work together. With your approval, we will collect any outstanding payments. At this point, we hope to have made new friends and customers for life. Maybe a cocktail will be in order! After the job, we will continue to be available to you if anything goes wrong. We will promptly address any issues and rectify the situation quickly, ensuring your peace of mind and the lasting quality of your new home for years to come.
