- You will be our primary customer during any large construction process.
- Pete will be on site, available to answer any of your questions.
- If there is a delay of any sort due to materials, subcontractors, etc., you will be notified immediately, and we will work as hard as possible to get the project back on track.
- If there are delays, Pete will be your on-site construction contractor. He will usually work on another part of the project to keep it moving forward.

- We will promptly fix any issues in a speedy manner.

How do you handle project timelines and potential delays?

If a delay occurs due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or material shortages, we will immediately inform you of the reason and our adjusted plan to keep the project moving forward.
What kind of communication can I expect during my project?
Dino or Pete will provide regular progress updates, answer any questions you have, and manage all on-site activities. We believe consistent, clear communication is the key to a stress-free experience, and we are available to you throughout the entire process.
What is your process for handling changes once the project has started?
We have a formal process for any changes to the original plan. All change requests are documented in a Change Order that outlines the new scope of work, cost adjustments, and timeline impact. We will not proceed with any changes until you have reviewed and approved the Change Order in writing, ensuring you always have full control over your project.
How do you ensure the quality of your work and subcontractors?
